Get  set up for long term success with printed material and a year of video access included to ensure you have the tools to continue what you learned at home! Working sports will have their dogs out and working for a minimum of 3 hours spread throughout the day.

Who is this workshop for:

Any dog new to canine fitness, or looking to build a solid foundation.

 

What’s Included:

  1. Anatomy Basics, and how to assess for neutral alignment / proper posture in the Sit, Down, and Stand.
  2. Training Variables that help us communicate which movement patterns we want, and how to help our dogs execute correctly.
  3. How to effectively use platforms to to fast-track progress.
  4. 15 different exercises to attempt and receive feedback on.
  5. A printed and bound program, images, and instructions to follow along with during class, and take home with you!!
  6. 1 year of access to all included video tutorials.
  7. Discussion on the formula behind progression and regression, so this program can grow with you!
  8. LUNCH INCLUDED!!

 

Prerequisites:

To have a successful learning experience, dogs with a working spot should be able to focus on working with their handler with other dogs working in a 10-15ft proximity, have experience with reward based training & marker word, and be able to crate or station quietly.

All equipment will be provided.

Who is this workshop for:

Sport & Working dogs with an existing foundation in conditioning, who are looking to impact performance, further their skills and mitigate injury risk.

 

What’s Included:

  1. Introduction on why formal conditioning is important to your sport dog, the difference between general fitness and sport prep, and an explanation of the principle of specificity.
  2. Individual posture assessment of your dog (thoracic limb, spine / core, and pelvic limb).
  3. Training Variables that help us communicate which movement patterns we want and how to help our pups execute correctly.
  4. How to use effectively use platforms to fast-track progress
  5. 15 sport specific exercises to attempt and receive feedback on.
  6. How to identify areas your dog may be weak in their sport execution, and how to build an exercise to improve skill execution.
  7. Custom warm-up and cool-down, which movement patterns to choose, and where to ‘cut corners’ if needed.
  8. A printed and bound program, images, and instructions to follow along with during class, and take home with you!!
  9. 1 year of access to all included video tutorials.
  10. LUNCH INCLUDED!!

Private Lesson: $100 (limit 4)

Choose from: Custom Workout OR Posture and Gait Analysis

Work with Anna Lee one-on-one, through a set of exercises customized to the needs of your dog, or troubleshoot the struggles you’re having. Learn in real time. OR opt for a full Posture and Gait analysis to help assess for underlying movement dysfunction.

Email so we can chat about which option best meets your needs, and set a time for your session!

Who is this option for:

Dog / handler teams who prefer to work one-on-one, would like to work through a shorter / more customized subset of exercises, or who are looking for a formal Posture & Gait Analysis.

 

Custom Workout / Troubleshooting

What’s Included:

  1. 45 min session (plus a 15 min buffer at the end)
  2. 3-4 exercises customized to your specific dog.
  3. Exercise handouts to take with you, with written instructions and guidelines.
  4. 10 min of video to be submitted ahead of time so I can see your existing skills (Optional)

Posture & Gait Analysis

What’s Included:

  1. 45 min session (plus a 15 min buffer at the end)
  2. Full Posture and Gait Analysis to help assess for any existing muscle imbalances.
  3. Video will be taken from sides, rear and front.
  4. Follow-up images will be sent via email with a full evaluation and report.

All equipment will be provided.
