Frequently Asked Questions

How far out are you booking? How long do I have to wait?

Anna Lee understands how frustrating it can be to wait weeks or months to see a professional. So she does her best to prioritize these Troubleshooting calls.

Depending on her workload for that week, she is typically able to get you in the same week, or at the latest the following week.

Will I come away from this consult with a diagnosis?

The goal of this Troubleshooting Call is to compare your pup’s experience with the thousands of dogs Anna Lee has worked with over the years, and come up with a list of the most likely issues your pup might be dealing with, and troubleshoot a solution regarding next steps.

If diagnostics are warranted, you then have a variety of diagnostic pathways to bring to your veterinary care team to pursue a definitive diagnostics.

Alternatively, Anna Lee can provide additional resources regarding finding an appropriate specialist for you to see, and help outline the order she would follow.

She is also happy to share her own experience advocating for her own dogs, and the many client dogs she has collaborated with.

Are additional questions allowed?

YES! I am happy to answer any questions you might have. I will also do my best to point you in the right direction if you have questions that fall outside my scope or experience.

But this is your time. I want to answer all the questions you have.

I use Zoom for all my Video Calls. Once we decide on a time, I will send you a Zoom Invite for our consult!

How and when do I pay?

Once you and Anna Lee decide on a time to meet, we will email you an invoice for the consult fee. This can be paid with any major credit card or via bank transfer (which is easier in some countries). PayPal is also available upon request with a small processing fee.
